Homeowners, please be advised to refrain from engaging with Alpha HVAC & Heating Solution LLC, operated by Mr. Roman. This individual has taken payments, shown appliances in packed boxes, and then failed to complete the promised work. His professionalism is severely lacking, and he ceases communication after a few months.
I am a professional realtor and unfortunately made the mistake of trusting Ziad M Ahmad, relying on my gut feeling. I issued a check for $3,745 to Alpha HVAC & Heating Solution LLC on February 21, 2024, for the purpose of obtaining permits and installing a furnace and air conditioning system in my home. Despite receiving payment, Ziad M Ahmad has not completed the work and has not responded to my numerous attempts to contact him.
