Directory & advertising policy

The directory is free for everyone

Every listing in the directory and every entry in the useful-links list is free. There is no paid listing, no featured placement, no sponsorship, no membership fee and no charge of any kind for being included or for appearing higher in the list.

Nothing on this site can be bought. We do not sell advertising space in the directory, and no business has ever paid to be there.

No referral fees

We do not charge, accept or pay anything per lead, per click, per phone call, per form submission, per application, per referral or per closed transaction in connection with the directory, and no listing is tied to the volume of business anyone receives.

No payment is made or received for the referral of settlement service business under Section 8 of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), 12 U.S.C. §2607, because there is no payment at all.

No endorsement, no steering, no exclusivity

A listing is not an endorsement, recommendation, approval or vetting of that business by Anil Aggarwal, Vylla Home or NJFind LLC. We do not describe listed businesses as "preferred", "approved" or "recommended", and we do not steer clients toward anyone in the directory.

You are always free to choose any attorney, lender, title company, inspector, appraiser, contractor or other provider you want, whether or not they appear here. Please compare providers and prices yourself before hiring anyone.

Affiliate links

Some links in the directory and in articles are affiliate links, meaning the operator of the destination site may pay a commission if you sign up or buy there. Those links carry a sponsored/nofollow attribute. Affiliate arrangements never involve settlement services for a mortgage-financed residential transaction and are never tied to a real estate, mortgage or insurance referral made by us.

Voting and ranking

Directory entries are ordered by client votes and by when they were added. Votes are submitted by site visitors and are not verified. Votes cannot be bought, and no one can pay to rank higher.

Premium membership

A paid membership ($25 once or $5 a month) unlocks a small set of premium articles written for this site. It has nothing to do with the directory: membership does not buy a listing, does not change any listing's position and is not required to read, use or submit anything in the directory.

Anyone can ask for a listing to be corrected or removed at any time — email anil.aggarwal@vylla.com or call 732-877-8585. Listings are reviewed before they are published and may be edited or removed at our discretion.
